Transition
Two Barrels has always been part of Corporate Tools, so this is less of a dramatic plot twist and more of a paperwork shuffle. Hiring is now routed through Corporate Tools, but the teams, culture, and day-to-day product work at Two Barrels remain intact.
In other words, the hiring doorway has changed, not the people doing the work or the products being built. Two Barrels continues to operate with the same teams and focus, just with Corporate Tools handling the recruiting process. Yosemite Sam may be stomping around yelling about “newfangled procedures,” but the actual work continues as usual.
